So which camera, and for who?
The DJI Osmo Pocket 4 is the best choice for most travelers and casual content creators who want premium stabilisation in the smallest package. Think of this as a good stepping stone before trying out the 4P, or the Luna Ultra!
The DJI Osmo Pocket 4P is the go-to for professional content and want cinematic shots! This camera pairs dual lenses with excellent image quality, dynamic range, and DJI's mature stabilisation and tracking system.
Try out the Insta360 Luna Ultra if you want to shoot in 8k, like the Leica colour profiles, and want a detachable remote screen! Perfect for if you're shooting solo. Or you can totally rent all of them to give them a try, and see which model you prefer the most since it's all down to personal preference! ✨ Our personal opinion!
On a typical day to day basis, the DJI Osmo Pocket 4 is sufficient for most situations, even if you need to shoot professional content. You definitely miss out on some specs that only the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P and Insta360 Luna Ultra can provide though! This is just our general observation, as people that have tried out all 3 cameras mentioned in this blog.
Realistically all 3 cameras are really good, but there are pros and cons to each model—both in terms of software and hardware. Ultimately it comes down to what you think you'd prefer, since there are so many options! (Shoutout to the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 as well, it may be an older model but it's still good ok.)
