To rent a camera, simply browse our selection online here. Once you've found the camera you need, select your rental period and proceed to submit the rental form here. We'll require some basic information and a deposit for some equipment, and you'll be all set to pick up your rental once our staff contact you!
For first time renter, you'll need a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or NRIC, we may also require your recent bill statement (phone bill, credit card bill) for additional verification. For subsequent rentals we will not require any verification, you are however still subjected to any form of verification if required by our staff.
Our rental periods vary depending on the camera and your needs. We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental options to accommodate different projects and durations. Speak to us directly here if you have any long term rental plans, we will try our best to accommodate to your request!
Absolutely! Our team is here to help with any technical questions or issues you may encounter during your rental period. Feel free to reach out to us via Whatsapp here! We will try out best to get back to you within 1 hour during working hours, please expect a delay if you run into any problems after our working hours but we will still try our best to get back to you ASAP!

Yes, you can extend your rental period, subject to availability. Just give us a call or Whatsapp us at least 24 hours before your current rental period ends to arrange an extension. Please refer to our T&C for more information regarding extension charges.
Unfortunately we do not provide any insurance during the rental of our equipment. For a peace of mind during overseas travels, we recommend to get travel insurance to sufficiently cover the rented equipment. Do take note that you are fully accountable for any loss or damage to the rented equipment.
In the event of accidental damage, please notify us immediately. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs, as outlined in our rental agreement.
We generally do not require a deposit for our equipment rental, we do however might require deposit for higher risk rental such as drone rental. Our staff will assist you regarding the payment and deposit (if any) before any confirmation.
Yes, you can reserve a specific camera in advance, subject to availability. We recommend booking early to ensure the camera you need is available for your desired rental period.
Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services for an additional fee within our service area. Please contact us for more information and to arrange delivery/pickup for your rental. Alternatively you can also submit a rental form here indicating your interest in delivery, our staff will contact you shortly along with a quotation for the delivery.
We have strict cleaning and maintenance procedures in place to ensure that all rental equipment is thoroughly inspected, sanitized, and maintained between rentals, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
