COVID-19 Updates


As we approach Phase One after Circuit Breaker, Renticulous has resumed self collection at our shop with strict implementation of social distancing, so as to protect our staff while supporting our customers.


In this turbulent and dangerous period of COVID-19, we understand that rental equipment is a big cause of concern due to hygiene reasons. Rest assured that we take the utmost care and precaution in maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of our products. They are properly sanitized upon collection and issuance to customers, all in the hope that you would have a peace of mind when using it.


During this period, Renticulous will recommend customers who are interested in renting equipment to opt for delivery instead for the purpose of social distancing, options can be selected on our form as well. If you have chosen self collection, rest assured that collection time will staggered among customers to minimize the contact of individuals.


During this dire period, we apologies if we are unable to provide our usual service during collection, most of the explaining and questions answering regarding equipment will be done via Whatsapp or phone calls to minimize contact. Self collection will solely be for contract signing and equipment collection.

Considering the fact that tourists and travellers account for 50% of our consumer base, we are badly affected by the current situation. Nevertheless we will capitalise on times like this to improve and provide better services for you once we can safely breathe fresh air once again.
